PTFE Bellow Single Acting Seal
Composite PTFE bellow seal for extremely corrosive service.
The PTFE Bellow Single Acting Seal is used for extremely corrosive services. A glass-filled PTFE face is composite-moulded to a highly flexible PTFE bellow, giving an all-fluoropolymer wetted path.
With every wetted part in PTFE or glass-filled PTFE, this seal withstands strong acids, oxidisers and solvents that attack elastomer seals.
The flexible PTFE bellow provides the spring effect and accommodates shaft movement without a separate metal spring in the fluid.
Key features
- All-PTFE / glass-filled-PTFE wetted parts
