Reverse Balanced Single Acting Seal

Series IPSM 725 is a factory-assembled cartridge seal for stainless steel agitators. It runs as a wet seal with a clean lubricating medium that continuously lubricates and cools the seal faces.

The reverse-balanced hydraulic design keeps face loading stable even when the barrier medium pressure varies, making IPSM 725 well suited to top-entry agitators and reactors that see vacuum-to-pressure cycling.

As a cartridge unit the seal arrives pre-set and pre-tested, so it can be fitted without on-site face setting and without disturbing the gland.
