A complete O-ring programme in Viton rubber, PTFE / Teflon and PEEK - manufactured to IS, BS, ASTM, DIN, Swedish, French, Japanese, metric and imperial standards, including ISO 3601, AS-568A, DIN 3771, BS 1806, BS 4518, SMS 1586, JIS 2401, NF T 47-501, and to custom specifications.
Rubber range: silicone, Viton (FKM), nitrile, neoprene, butyl, polyurethane, fluorosilicone, EPDM, VMQ, FVMQ, PTFE, NBR, X-NBR, H-NBR, FFKM, PEEK and PU - from 1 mm ID to over 1000 mm ID in a wide selection of cross-sections (1, 1.5, 1.78, 2, 2.5, 2.62, 3, 3.53, 4, 5, 5.33, 6, 7, 8, 10 mm and 1/16", 3/32", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", etc.).
Hardness range: 40 to 90 Shore A durometer, in various colours.
PTFE / PEEK range: virgin, carbon-filled, glass-filled, bronze-filled and MoS₂-filled grades from 3 mm ID to over 800 mm ID in various cross-sections.
Approvals available to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, KTW, DVGW, BAM, WRAS (WRC), USP Class VI and ISO 10993 where required.
