UV Resistant PP Strip-Type Flange Guards
Semi-transparent spray guards for hazardous-chemical flange joints.
Strip-type flange spray guards made from UV-resistant HDPE sheet, for use on acid, alkali, caustic and hazardous-chemical flange joints, inside or outside the plant. Supplied with a 12-month warranty from the date of dispatch.
The guards are semi-transparent, so a leak inside the flange joint can be seen and dealt with in time without removing the guard.
They are flexible and reusable - which makes them cost-effective - and are easy to fit and remove with their own nut and bolt, without the highly skilled labour that metal or spray-shield guards require.
Guards are unaffected by ultraviolet radiation, can be used up to 85 °C, and are available in any size to suit the flange.
